JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Emily: once a week
Kelly: I choose to not have visitors. I did see my attorney and the process
was easy. We spoke thru the visitor glass but I could hear well.
JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Kelly: When my attorney came to see me she got right in and we talked
thru a plate of glass.
JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Kelly: We spoke thru the visitor glass but I could hear well. At first it was
difficult to hear her but she moved to a place where we were able
to discuss things over the phone which allowed me to hear her
better.

Visitation for inmates will vary depending on where the inmate is being housed in the jail. Call the Fulton County Jail (I've always found it is best to actually go down there yourself to ask). They will give you a sheet that lists where your friend/loved one is housed and what day/time you can visit them. They are allowed one visit per week. You will talk to the inmate through glass on a telephone. You are not able to physically touch any inmates during visitation regardless of their charge or housing unit assignment.

Does someone know how many times a week and which days we can visit the inmates?

I need to know how I get married to my boyfriend that is going into the jail today? How long after they get there can we get married? I have heard that the phone calls are a lot more than 50 cents? How much are they? We really need to keep the calls to a minium? Our last bill was $105.00.
